1. Scope of services and licensing

We perform minor repair and installation work that does not require a contractor license under Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. We do not perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural or other licensed-trade work, or work that requires a building permit. Work above the dollar threshold set by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation is not accepted unless we hold the required license. License no. (if applicable): [LICENSE NO.]. 2. Estimates, pricing and payment

Estimates are written, valid for [30] days, and based on the information and photos you provide. If we find hidden conditions, we will tell you and get your written approval before any added cost. 3. Your right to cancel

Under Florida’s Home Solicitation Sales Act (sections 501.021–501.055, Florida Statutes), if a sale over $25 is made through our personal solicitation at your home or any place other than our business location, you may cancel until midnight of the third business day after you sign. Cancel by written notice to the contact details below; we will refund payments within 10 days. This statutory right generally does not apply when you contacted us and asked us to visit for repairs or maintenance. In that case you may still cancel for any reason before work or material orders begin, with no charge other than materials already purchased for you.

4. Workmanship warranty

We warrant our labor for [90] days after completion. If our workmanship fails in that period, we will correct it at no charge. This does not cover manufacturer-warranted products or materials, normal wear and tear, misuse, weather or storm damage, pre-existing or hidden conditions, or work by others. 5. Customer responsibilities and site safety

You confirm you own the property or are authorized to order the work, will provide safe access and utilities, and will secure pets and valuables. If we find suspected asbestos, lead paint, mold, water intrusion or unsafe conditions, we may stop work and recommend a qualified professional. You are responsible for any HOA, condominium or landlord approvals.

6. Insurance and limitation of liability

7. Construction liens

Florida’s Construction Lien Law (Chapter 713, Florida Statutes) gives people who supply labor or materials to improve real property the right to claim against that property if they are not paid. Where required, our written agreements include the statutory notices. We pay our suppliers and any helpers we hire for work on your property.

8. Privacy policy

We collect the name, phone number, email, address and job details you give us by phone, email, in person or on this site, including photos you upload and messages you type to our scheduling assistant. We use them to schedule, estimate, perform and bill for work, and to respond to you. We do not sell your information. We share it only with payment processors, suppliers or helpers needed to do your job, the service providers described next, or when the law requires. If you use the instant photo range or the scheduling assistant, your photos and messages are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to prepare the range and reply to you, and our website host and email service handle what you submit. We do not keep photos uploaded for an instant range unless you choose to send them to us. Please keep people, faces, documents and other personal information out of your photos. This site does not use advertising trackers. We keep records as long as needed for business, tax and warranty purposes and use reasonable safeguards; if a breach occurs we will notify affected people as required by Florida law (section 501.171). To request access, correction or deletion, email us. This site is not directed to children.

9. Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your estimate, scheduling and service. We send marketing messages only with your express written consent, as required by the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (section 501.059) and federal law. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

10. Website use and photos

This site’s content, name and logo belong to us and may not be copied without permission. The site is provided as is, and information on it is general and not a quote. Our scheduling assistant is an automated AI tool that can make mistakes; a visit is booked only when you receive a confirmation, and we may contact you to adjust the arrival window. With your permission, we may photograph completed work; we will not publish images showing your address or identity without your consent.

11. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first so we can fix any problem in good faith. These terms are governed by Florida law, and any lawsuit must be brought in [YOUR COUNTY] County, Florida.
